We want you to love your Miss Lola items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include original packaging and tags.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original box or mailer and include the generated packing slip to ensure faster processing.

Ship It Back

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Store Credit

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a Miss Lola digital gift card to your email within 5-7 business days.
